ITINERARY

Meeting at Neuchâtel train station early morning (or another place in the area that would be more convenient for you) we will first head to the ASPO BirdLife La Sauge Nature Center in Cudrefin. We will take a few hours to discover both Réserve de Cudrefin and Réserve du Fanel where many bird species can be seen.
After that, we will drive to Pro Natura Centre Champ-Pittet. We will have an early lunch there at the Café-Restaurant Champ-Pittet, and then spend a couple of hours in this beautiful nature center watching and photographing birds of the Grande Cariçaie.
We will finally explore a third birding hotspot of Lake Neuchâtel before heading back to our meeting point. The day trip will end in the middle of the afternoon.
